Restaurant created in 2009, specializing in Palmeran food and products, with both traditional and innovative recipes. The theming is related to the island’s quality wine. We have an astronomic themed menu, linked to certain elements of astronomic observations. The restaurant also has binoculars to observe the moon, a projector and a screen for activities related to the night sky, and projection of constellations through available astronomic software.
