Situated in the picturesque village of El Jesús, Tijarafe, with views over the western coast of the island and over the ocean, at 484m above the sea level.
The house, that years ago was owned by a humble country couple, has now been restaured by one of their grandsons, the present owner. Stone, wood and hand-made clay tiles are the basic materials of this type of rural houses where grain and dried fruit were conserved without heaters or fridges in boxes of pine-core wood, some of which are still carefully kept in the house. The orchards surrounding the house were cultivated with products for subsistence such as wheat, potatoes and some fruit trees. Now, they make up a splendid garden full of fruit trees, alongside flowers and exotic plants. The entrance is really a drive bedside many plants including some banana trees.
