The hundred-year-old building that houses this establishment was a place of bartering, trade and an inn for several generations of La Palma islanders.

And this is where the restaurant plans to focus the gastronomic experience for groups requesting it. The idea is to use the tubular structure of its walls to project a map of the sky, which you can see later outside of the grounds with the help of a telescope.
