The salt-works extract sea salt at the southern end of the Island. Inside the complex, you’ll find the “Salt Garden” (“Jardín de La Sal”) themed restaurant. Here you can sit at a magical table full of sensations, admiring amazing sunsets and searching for the green flash. Let yourself relax below the night sky and perhaps enjoy a menu that sends you on a trip around the Universe. On the top balcony, you can find a mythological love legend between Vulcan and Venus, which will lead us into a story full of romance and passion. The passing of time is marked by the sundial in front of the building.
